The regular room rate is $229.00 per night plus tax and the suite rate is $329.00 per night plus tax. Each supplier must have one suite to conduct meetings. If you are bringing more than one person to the meeting, all will be in standard rooms other than the person identified by you for the suite assignment. PLEASE NOTE: INITIAL CONFIRMATIONS FOR THE SUITE-HOLDER WILL REFLECT A REGULAR ROOM. WE WILL MOVE YOUR DESIGNATED SUITE-HOLDER INTO A SUITE AS REGISTRATION BECOMES COMPLETE. A NEW CONFIRMATION WITH THE SUITE RATE WILL BE SENT TO THE SUITE-HOLDER AT THAT TIME.
Instructions for registering for the meeting and reserving your room is a two-part process:
First, for REGISTRATION, please complete and submit the form on the right. Each meeting attendee needs to fill out a separate form. If you cannot make this year’s event, please email Barb Dammann at firstname.lastname@example.org
Second, for HOTEL RESERVATIONS, please do one of two things
There is a Company participant fee of $5000. This fee is per Supplier company, not per person. You can expect to receive an invoice for the participant fee once registration has closed. The invoice must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
BASED ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY the rate is available for 3 days prior and 3 days post to the meeting. In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.
Please note: Registration and Reservations will close on April 5 but please register as soon as possible.
