There are activities available onsite but many restaurants and venues are off property.

Business Casual for meetings and Awards Dinner

What is the Supplier Company Participation Fee for meeting attendance and how do I pay?

$7000.00.  Each Supplier company attending will receive an invoice to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

Should I bring my spouse?

We always welcome spouses, significant others and kids!  PDA is a family organization!

When should I plan to leave?

PDA requests that at least one representative from each Member and Supplier organization be present to complete the meeting schedule.  The awards dinner concludes at 10:00pm on Wednesday, June 3.

Can I arrive prior to Sunday, May 31, 2026?

The PDA room rate will be available 3 days pre and 3 days post based on availability.  If you wish to come early, book early!

Do we get a discount at the Spa?

PDA Meeting attendees are offered a 10% discount on spa services, excluding retail products.

How do I book a Spa service?

Please book directly with the spa and mention PDA.

What is the Resort Fee?

The Resort Fee has been waived for this event, however a Group Connect Fee is incorporated into the room fee.  The following services and amenities are included in this package:
  • Premium speed guestroom wireless high speed internet
  • Daily Ultimate Street Cycling Experience or Mountain Bike Experience
  • Daily Fitness Classes
  • Daily 2 hours of Pickle Ball Court Rental, Paddles and Balls
  • Daily Guided Morning Walk

What if I need packages sent to the hotel?

  • Packages should not be delivered to The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain more than three (3) working days prior to the event.
  • Any packages or boxes exceeding 500 pounds must be stored at a local warehouse and be delivered to the Hotel at the client’s expense.
  • The following information should be on each box:
