Should I rent a car?
Not necessary if flying into SRQ. There is transportation available from Dolphin Transportation ( (941) 925-7733) and typically cabs and ride-share are available. Downtown shops and restaurants are walkable or the Ritz can arrange transportation.
What is the dress code for the event?
Business Casual for meetings and Awards Dinner
Resort Casual for all other
We always welcome spouses, significant others and kids although this is a short business meeting! PDA is a family organization!
When should I plan to leave?
The event will conclude at Noon on Tuesday, January 10
Can I arrive prior to Sunday, January 8th?
The PDA room rate will be available 3 days pre and 3 days post based on availability. If you wish to come early, book early!
