Registration & Accommodations

  • At least 1 Member representative must stay to complete all meetings concluding on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

  • The regular room rate is $265.00 per night plus tax and discounted resort fee. Members may not book Suites – they are held for our Supplier meetings.

To register for the meeting and reserve your room follow this two-part process:

  • REGISTRATION: Please complete and submit the form on the right.
    • Each company representative attending needs to fill out a form.
  • HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
    • Option 1: Call the hotel directly at (800) 542-8680. Please reference Packaging Distributors of America – 2023 Annual Meeting to receive the negotiated room rate.

  • The hotel rate MAY BE available for 3 days prior and 3 days post our meeting BASED ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY AND DISCRETION. This year is very different, and hotels are extremely full with leisure guests paying full room prices.

  • In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.

  • Please note:  Registration and Reservations will close on Wednesday, April 26, so please register as soon as possible.
