Registration & Accommodations

  • At least 1 Member representative must stay to complete all meetings concluding on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
  • The regular room rate is $279.00 per night plus tax and discounted resort fee of $25.00. Members may not book Suites – they are held for our Supplier meetings.
  • Guest check-in time is 4:00pm. The hotel will attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, however they cannot guarantee rooms will be available.

To register for the meeting and reserve your room follow this two-part process:

  • REGISTRATION: Please complete and submit the form on the right.

Each company representative attending needs to fill out a form.

  • HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
    • Option 1: Call the hotel directly at 1-800-241-3333. Please reference Packaging Distributors of America – 2026 Annual Meeting to receive the negotiated room rate.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

  • The hotel rate MAY BE available for 3 days prior and 3 days post our meeting BASED ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY AND DISCRETION.
  • Again this year hotels are extremely full with leisure guests paying full room prices.
  • In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.
  • Please note:  Registration and Reservations will close on Tuesday, April 21, so please register as soon as possible.
