Registration & Accommodations

Please note the instructions for registering for the meeting and reserving your room.  It is a two-part process.

 

First, for REGISTRATION, please complete the Registration Form.

 

Second, for HOTEL RESERVATIONS, please do one of two things:

 

 

1. To call to make your reservation via phone through the hotel directly please call 877-557-3089 and mention Packaging Distributors Room Block to ensure you receive our negotiated rate.

As always, rooms  will be available 3 days prior to January 8, 2023 and 3 days following January 10, 2023 BASED ON ROOM AVAILABILITY, for the PDA contracted room rate of $289/night.

There is also a discounted Resort Fee of $30/night that will be applied.  The Resort Fee includes:

• Complimentary basic internet in meeting rooms
• Complimentary internet access and WiFi at the Hotel, Beach Club and Golf Club
• Unlimited local phone calls
• Complimentary exercise classes
• Golf Practice Area privileges with clubs and shoes
• Bicycle use at the Hotel and Beach Club
• Tennis court usage at Golf Club with racquets and balls
• Beach umbrellas
• Use of snorkels, masks and fins, body boards
• Use of kayaks and paddleboards at the Hotel
• Use of fishing poles at Hotel, Beach Club and Golf

 

REGISTRATION AND RESERVATIONS WILL CLOSE BY DECEMBER 9, 2022.
