Registration & Accommodations

Please note the instructions for registering for the meeting and reserving
your room. It is a two-part process.

 

First, for REGISTRATION, please complete the Registration Form at the right.

 

Second, for HOTEL RESERVATIONS, please do one of two things:

 

1. To call to make your reservation via phone through the hotel directly
please call 972-717-2499 to book and mention Packaging Distributors of
America 2026 to ensure you receive our negotiated rate.

2. To register online, click on the following link:

The negotiated rate is $349/night which includes a discounted resort fee plus standard taxes will apply.

 

Rooms MAY be available prior to February 15, 2026 and after February 17, 2026 BASED ON ROOM AVAILABILITY, for the PDA contracted room rate.

 

REGISTRATION AND RESERVATIONS WILL CLOSE BY FEBRUARY 5, 2026.
