Instructions for registering for the meeting and reserving your room is a two-part process:
First, for REGISTRATION, please complete and submit the form on the right. Each meeting attendee needs to fill out a separate form.
Second, for HOTEL RESERVATIONS, please do one of two things
2. If you would prefer to call in to make your reservation via phone through the hotel directly, please dial 800-241-3333. Please make sure to reference Packaging Distributors of America Annual Meeting to ensure you receive the negotiated room rate.
For all rooms, there is an optional Resort Fee offered at check-in. A list of what is included in this fee is listed under the FAQ section.
BASED ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY the rate is available for 3 days prior and 3 days post to the meeting. In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.
Please note: Registration and Reservations will close on May 1 but please register as soon as possible.
