Registration & Accommodations

At least 1 Supplier representative is expected to stay to complete all meetings concluding on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.


The regular room rate is $272.00 per night plus tax discounted resort fee and the suite rate is $419.00 per night plus tax and discounted resort fee.  If you have any issues, please contact our meeting coordinator, Elizabeth Brannen (


Each Supplier must have one suite to conduct meetings. If you are the suite-holder, please select this option on the registration form.  PDA will confirm your suite – DO NOT BOOK YOUR SUITE.


If you are bringing more than one person to the meeting, all will be in regular rooms other than the person identified by you for the suite assignment.

There is a Company participant fee of $5,500 per Supplier (not per person). You will receive an invoice for the participant fee once registration has closed.  The invoice must be paid no later than June 3, 2022.


The hotel rate MAY BE available for 3 days prior and 3 days post our meeting based on hotel availability.  SUITES Will NOT BE AVAILABLE PRE and POST MEETING DATES.  This year is very different and hotels are extremely full with leisure guests.



In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.


Please note:  Registration and Reservations will close on Friday, May 6, 2022 but please register as soon as possible.
