Instructions for registering for the meeting and reserving your room is a two-part process:
First, for REGISTRATION, please complete and submit the form on the right. Each meeting attendee needs to fill out a separate form. If you cannot make this year’s event, please email Barb Dammann at email@example.com
Second, for HOTEL RESERVATIONS, please do one of two things
2. If you would prefer to call in to make your reservation via phone through the hotel directly, please dial 800-241-3333. Please make sure you designate Regular Room or Suite and reference Packaging Distributors of America Annual Meeting to ensure you receive the negotiated room rate.
There is a participant fee of $3500. This fee is per Supplier company, not per person. You can expect to receive an invoice for the participant fee once registration has closed. The invoice must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
BASED ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY the rate is available for 3 days prior and 3 days post to the meeting. In addition, if reservations are made and need to be cancelled, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event or you will be responsible for charges.
Please note: Registration and Reservations will close on May 1 but please register as soon as possible.
